How long is shipping?

We are currently shipping out of Florida. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States. Our ship time is 2-7 days depending on your location (excluding holidays and weekends). We have no control over the processing time, route, or updates provided by the carriers.

Orders placed over the weekend will process the following business day. Processing refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

Please note that during holidays, all mail carriers experience delays in shipping times. This, unfortunately, is out of our control.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship online orders only to locations within the continental United States. 
*Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Timing of Billing:
Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
 
Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item(s) in question. You will either receive a refund or receive the back ordered items when it becomes available. If within 14 days, the item is still on back-order, we will refund you for those items.
