Like confetti in motion or the heat of a dance floor anthem, NotPolish Issa Party Gel Polish and Lacquer Duos are a bold, classic red with a playful twist—bright enough to turn heads, rich enough to feel luxe.

This duo set comes with both gel polish and regular polish. The red bottle is the gel polish that needs a LED light to dry it. The colored bottle is the regular polish that does not need a LED light and only needs to be air dried.

How to apply Gel Polish

1. Prep the nails- cut, file & buffer
2. Apply Super Gel Base and cure for 30 seconds
3. Apply color of choice and cure for 60 seconds
4. Repeat step 3 for another coat.
5. Apply Gloss-it Gel Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds
6. Apply cuticle oil and massage around the cuticles
