Instructions on Applying Water Decals:

1. Cut out the section you choose.
2. Remove the clear film.
3. Place the decal in water for about 5-10 secs.
4. Remove the patter and place on the nail.
5. Apply a top coat and let dry. (Regular Top or Gel Top Coat/UV).
