How to Use OPI Intelli-Gel – Step by Step

  1. Prep the nails - Start with clean, dry nails. Push back the cuticles, remove any shine from the natural nail, and cleanse thoroughly.
  2. Apply base coat - Apply a thin, even layer of your OPI gel base coat and cure under an LED/UV lamp.
  3. Apply first coat of color - Apply a thin layer of Gel Polish. Keep the coat even and avoid flooding the cuticle. Cure fully. Then Repeat
  4. Seal with top coat - Apply your gel top coat to lock in shine and protect the color. Cure completely.
  5. Cleanse if needed - If your top coat leaves a tacky layer, wipe with alcohol or cleanser until the nails are glossy and smooth.
  6. Finish with cuticle oil - Apply cuticle oil around the nails for a clean, hydrated finished look.
