How To Use as Blooming Gel

1. Nail Prep
2. After application of your shade of choice, apply Super Gloss Top Coat, do not cure
3. Use dotting tool and apply dots of a complementary shade
4. Allow shade to bloom and then cure for 30 seconds (curing time may vary)
5. Finish off with top coat, cure
6. Cuticle Oil
